Our stay here was one of the highlights of our hiking trip! We stayed in a "chambre de montagne" - a small room at the top of the hotel intended for hikers etc. With half-board, this was great value and also provided an evening of luxury compared to traditional mountain refuges! We loved the cosy ambiance of the hotel - the lovely wooden furniture, mountain-themed decor and roaring fire. The food and service in the restaurant was wonderful. We had forgotten to let the hotel that we are vegetarian, so we would like to particularly thank the chef for coming up with a vegetarian main course at short notice. The location is beautiful and great for walkers. We enjoyed watching the manager of the hotel gently encourage a mountain cow to leave the hotel's patio 😆 Highly recommend this place - it was a real treat to stay here.

Rooms are spartan, but ok. Food and services were first rate, staff were super nice, could not have been more helpful. Of course the views and the hiking is why you come, hope to visit again.

Beautiful place! The staff is friendly, the restaurant serves delicious dinner, so many trails and lakes to explore around the hotel. Definitely recommend!

One of the best places you can find in this beautiful natural reserve Food is excellent And accommodation can start from regular refuge to full accommodation, so your budget can be adapted easily Reservation is a must Plenty of Hiking around, from 1hour to 2 to 4 to full day... Highly recommended destination 8/2015
